The room offered nice views. The location was great. Breakfast offered MANY options. The food was AMAZING!!!
The service was not always prompt. Many things in the bathroom were broken. The concierge was not helpful with recommendations.

the location was very convenient! it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the minibar wasn't restocked daily, that was annoying, and the ice machine on my floor was out of service during my entire stay, this meant i had to call room service for ice every time, twice.

great location easy check-in
The hotel location is excellent. Porters assisted with parking and made check-in easy. The room size was generous, and the location provided access to a private beach club. I anticipate returning next year.
I noticed the concierge lacked detailed knowledge. They could not provide helpful advice about local attractions. I discovered several interesting spots only after my stay.

The breakfast offered many choices! the location was great. It was close to everything. I was very comfortable in my room. The staff exhibited really good attention to detail, addressing my needs efficiently.

the staff was polite.
the shower holder in the bathroom was broken. water was also stuck in the sink. the concierge provided unhelpful advice about local attractions. i discovered many interesting places after i had already left.
