ice machine room service
the location was very convenient! it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the minibar wasn't restocked daily, that was annoying, and the ice machine on my floor was out of service during my entire stay, this meant i had to call room service for ice every time, twice.

Consistent Quality at an Artful Hotel
great location easy check-in
The hotel location is excellent. Porters assisted with parking and made check-in easy. The room size was generous, and the location provided access to a private beach club. I anticipate returning next year.
I noticed the concierge lacked detailed knowledge. They could not provide helpful advice about local attractions. I discovered several interesting spots only after my stay.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a king bed and a seating area with two armchairs and a small table. A work desk was situated near the window, providing natural light. The bathroom was stocked with premium toiletries and soft towels.
